| Люди под командование Тенпо (отряд)

A: Temperamental and competitive, he hates anything that's crooked. He's always proactive and his will-power can best anyone. He looks up to Kenren and regards him like an older brother.
B: Warm and compassionate, he is a caring man who loves animals and has a curiosity for the world below. He secretly keeps a few pets down below. He's tall and has the tendency to hunch.
C: Cool and nihilistic, with a foul mouth. He's short, which is a bit of a complex for him. He loves a good fight and has a combative nature, but he'll listen to what Tenpou tells him. (And only Tenpou).
D: A glutton and a happy go-lucky guy. When he's not a mission, the front of his jacket is always open and he wears strange T-shirts underneath. (His shirt says "food").
E: Guyish and lively, a typical military man. He has a thing for his side-burns. He loves martial arts from the world below and he's always trying out new moves on his fellow men.
F: Calm and gentle, but scary when angered. He has a fascination for a particular country down below (Japan) and its culture, particularly sadou (tea ceremony), kadou (flower arranging), and budou (martial arts).
G: A fresh, sports-oriented type. He has a passion for the sports from down below (especially baseball), and has the spirit of a high school jock. He's got quite a repertoire of dirty jokes.
H: A serious, honor student type, and tends to be the "conscience" of the reckless 1st Platoon. Has a curiosity for the arts from down below.
I: A young man who has just enlisted in the 1st Platoon. Didn't seem to have any standout qualities and had a tough time at first, but eventually adapts. Though he seemed to lack individuality at first, it turns out that he excels at quite a number of things. He is always writing letters to his mother.
J: Sullen and silent. He never felt comfortable in the showy brilliance of heaven, and prefers to indulge in the cult films from down below instead.
K: A young and reckless young man who's always gunning for a fight. Has a quick and light body and an impatient attitude, which have earned him the nickname "monkey." He's always bumping heads with the cool shorty. ©
L: In charge of records and communications. Always level-headed and quick with calculations, he's a smart man who also excels at sword fighting. His hobby is photography, and though he doesn't let it show in his face, he has a deep love for the scenery down below.
M: His physique and manners are both very attractive. He loves women, in the manner of an Italian man (laughs). He finds the women down below quite appealing, and he falls in love with a woman who works at a particular bar.
N: He hails from an upper class background, but enlisted in the army under the pretense of the study of living things. Sort of resembles Chin Yi Sou in his snake-like features. (Sometimes his tongue darts out like a snake).
